[Grammar] When English-Language using been

Hello,
I need your helps and I hope that you going to help me :) By the way i don't know or topic name is well :)

So, my problems is that i don't know when english language need use BEEN.
I know as need use have/has been or present simple
Example is below.

Twenty-one people never been broke as ****

**** There had be bad word :|||
I saw this comment on youtube and i dont know why that man used BEEN :)
Help me thank you so much :)

The man used "been" in a non-standard way. He may be from the American South, since such usage is quite popular there. In standard English the sentence would read

Twenty-one people have never been broke as ****

It's better for a learner not to speak like that man. (And I don't mean the swearword! :))
