When something is "ethically wrong/right"

Hello.

Do all of these sound natural? "Ethically wrong or right", "morally wrong/right acceptable/justified/justifiable."
For example,
"Some people think that having a baby through a surrogate is ethically wrong."

ethically wrong doesn't sound at all good to me. I think you mean unethical.

Ethics is about what is right or wrong.

Can I use "to have a baby" in my sentence instead of "having" and "via/through surrogacy"?
 
You can just refer to the practice as surrogacy. This single word implies the whole procedure.

It's not ungrammatical but I can't imagine a native speaker using it instead of "Some people think [that] having a baby ...".
