Which question is the odd one out?

What's the BEST question?
A - _______________________________?

B - Hmm, I guess the shops are open until midnight.

1.
Until /up to what time the shops are open ?
2. What are the trading hours?
3. Till what time are the shops open?
4. Until what time do the shops remain open ?

5. Any idea if the shops are open till late at night?
6.
How long will the shops be open (at nights) ?
7.
What time are shopers open?

I would say: How late are the shops open?

There is no "best" question. There are lots of ways of asking a question that would elicit that response. I would say "What time are the shops open till?" or "What time do the shops close?" (although the latter is more likely to elicit "Hmm, I guess the shops close at midnight").

Question 1 in your list is grammatically incorrect because of the word order "what time the shops are open", which is inappropriate in a question. Question 6 sounds as if the shops aren't open at all yet but you're asking about their future opening hours. Question 7 has the non-existent word "shopers".

Note that we do not put a space before a question mark, as you have done in 1 and 4.

"Question 6 sounds as if the shops aren't open at all yet but you're asking about their future opening hours." (Two contrast conjunctions or the first refers to the time?)

Thank you very much for your explanations.

Yes, the first referred to time.

Question 6 sounds as if the shops aren't open at all yet. However, you are asking about their opening hours in the future.

Hello, Kharkhun.:-D
I think you are reading the sentence wrongly. You should read it as:

"Question 6 sounds as if the shops aren't open at all yet but you're asking about their future opening hours."

The "yet" in the sentence is not a conjunction but an adverb.

I hope my response will be of some help to you.

Also, the shops might be open during the day only at the moment, but are planning to open at night too.
