While our foundation is based on our dedication and drive to succeed, our willingness to work as partners and specialization in sectors are the basis of our future.

Does this read right? Is it 'is' or 'are'?

Thanks

"Foundation is" is correct. "Are" is correct in the second half of the sentence because it refers back to "Our willingness to work as partners" and "specialisation in sectors" so should be plural.
