Unfortunately, it is a question in the test, and I bet the questioner just copied and pasted it because he insists it's wrong.

Actually, I want to discuss a few questions, but I'm not sure as the moderator said : "We will not help you through a test that was designed to test your lnowledge."

I think that's quite likely, yes.

No, the comma is not necessary. In fact, the sentence is better without it. It's a terribly unnatural sentence anyway.
