with guarantee - on or for

Hello again,

Suppose that you have just bought a new coffee maker, and the instruction manual says that the producer grants/gives a two-year guarantee on/for the device.

I would go for "on".

What do you think?
 
I think I'd say that the appliance is guaranteed for two years.
 
Yes, but what I am really interested in is to know for sure which preposition (on or for) should be used in the sentence that I wrote above (guarantee as a noun).

Sometimes "to grant a guarantee for something (device)" is used on the Internet, but I do not think it is correct.

"To grant a guarantee to something" is even proposed.

The manufacturer provides a guarantee for the product for two years.
