Is this sentence OK?

If you want to meet with my manager, let me know. He would be available for a meeting in the last two weeks of June.

Can I say "He is available for a meeting"? What is the difference?

'Is' and 'will be' are clear and factual. 'Would be' implies to me a condition - 'if you wanted to meet him then'.
