1. Would you mind changing the schedule of the class?

2. Would you mind to change the schedule of.the class?

I guess only the first one is correct because."would You mind" need to be followed by gerund.

Am I right?

What do you mean by "the schedule of the class"? Are you referring to one particular class?

Also, there's a stray full stop (period) in your second sentence.

Yes, I agree that "would you mind" is usually followed by an "-ing" form.
