I wouldn't be surprised if 'so and so' got an [STRIKE]apt[/STRIKE] apartment [STRIKE]at[/STRIKE] where I live.
Even if someone's name was used instead of "so and so", would "at" [STRIKE]wouldn't[/STRIKE] not be used?
