Write an email to engineering dept.

I wont to write an email to our engineering department and request him to communicate with party and provide us “Commercial invoice”, “Goods Return Note”, and “Delivery Receipt”. Please check and reply me as soon as possible.

We received only “Sales Tax invoice” from Mr. Fahim (ABC Textile). He said we already return the goods against Bill # 123456.
To resolve that issue please provide us “Goods Return Note” with “commercial invoice” & “Delivery Challan”.

Delivery challan means "Delivery recepit".
