This is the writing task from IELTS Academic 19. Authentic Practice Tests. Produced by Cambridge University Press & Assessment. 2024.

In which order should the information be mentioned in such tasks? Should I mention the film club, then martial arts and after that amateur dramatics? does the order matter in such tasks?

I can't read that very well using this device (a cellphone powered by Android).

Normally I would discuss tasks planned in chronological order. Other than that it would seem to be up to personal preference.

As I've said in your other thread, I think you should not bother with tasks that already have a sample answer.
In which order should the information be mentioned in such tasks?
I'm glad you asked that question. You are expected to do more than mention (or report) the information. You are expected to summarize. That means you need to look at the diagram and:
1- Identify interesting/dramatic features. [ talk more about those than about the others]
2- identify peaks/troughs/maxima/minima, etc.
3- identify trends, and any (major) changes of those trends.
4- group similar lines together if possible and if it makes sense. [ that shows your ability to synthesize info].
5- If appropriate, make a concluding comment about what you've learnt from the diagram.

See above.

But what about the order?
