In a reply to the question "Do you like cooking?", how idiomatically can "Yes" be used in the expressions like in:

Yes, somewhat.
Yes, it's all right.
Yes, fairly.
Yes, rather.
Yes, slightly.
Yes, kind of.
Yes, a bit.
Yes, I don't mind.
Yes, not very.
Yes, not much (though).
Yes, not really.

Have I ranged them according to the intensity correctly ?

Yes, somewhat. Not natural
(
Yes,) it's all right. OK
Yes, fairly. No
Yes, rather. No
Yes, slightly. No
Yes, kind of. No
Yes, a bit. No
Yes, I don't mind. No
Yes, not very. No
Yes, not much (though). No
Yes, not really. No
That's my opinion.

That's my opinion.
What did you mean by '(Yes,) it's all right.'? Is the use of 'Yes" there idiomatic?

Curiously, the sentences you rejected were approved by ChatGPT and Gemini.

It's natural with or without the 'Yes'.

For me, these three are passable:

Yes, it's all right.
Yes, kind of.
Yes, a bit.

Still, they'd all be better with Yeh instead of Yes.
