No. They're interchangeable as the answer to a yes-or-no question.

Let me try to make sentences.

A. Do you want to have lunch with me?
B. Yes, certainly or you bet.

A. Are you sure she is a doctor?
B. Yes, certainly or you bet.

Are the above dialogues correct?

Thanks.

No, "you bet" doesn't work in 2.

Since "you bet" means "certainly".
It does when it does. "It you bet doesn't always" - such as here.

Pardon me, but I don't understand what you mean.
Could you tell it in a easier way?

The proposition was that 'you bet' means 'certainly'.
My point is: not always. If you mean 1. "It certainly doesn't always mean 'certainly'", you can't write 2. "It you bet doesn't always mean 'certainly'".
In 2. you can't replace the first 'certainly' with 'you bet'.
The fact is that few words are interchangeable in all circumstances.

Does '2' here mean the red color?

Yes.

A: Are you sure she is a doctor?
B: Yes, I'm sure.

Yes, I was forced into calling it something. You had two sets of sentences both labelled A and B. My 2. was to refer to your second of the two sets.

A. Are you sure she is a doctor?

B:
Yes, I'm sure. :tick:
Yes, certainly. :tick:
Yes, you bet. :cross:
---------
Are these correct?

Sorry for confusing you all.
