Hello.

Can I use 'have to', 'must', and 'should', in a sentence like mine? Is there any difference of meaning? In BrE.

1.'It's a great book. You must read it.'

2. 'It's a great book. You have to read it.'

3. 'It's a great book. You should read it.'

Hello.

Can I use 'have to', 'must', and 'should', in a sentence like mine? Is there any difference [strike]of[/strike] in meaning no question mark here in BrE?

1. space here 'It's a great book. You must read it.'

2. 'It's a great book. You have to read it.'

3. 'It's a great book. You should read it.'

They can all be taken as recommendations or suggestions. The first two are stronger than the third.

Are the first two equally strong? Is 'must' stronger in such contexts?
