Please explain some more about the following in red.

Every one of us has the capacity for genius..... It means that when you are a fully realized person---authentic and entirely visible to the world---you are capable of exceptional accomplishments in your work, in your community, and among your friends and family.

Is the above saying "when you are a person whose potential (or genius) is fully realized, and when it is true and very obvious to all people"?

Thank you.

That's how I would interpret it, though entirely visible may have the idea less of being very obvious, but nothing is hidden from view- all of the talents are there for people to see. (view/see are not necessary literal in meaning)

I would prefer 'an accomplished person' to 'a realised person'. 'To realise' is to 'cause to become real', which, in my opinion, is more appropriate with things rather than with people.

Thank you all for the answer.

I think that to listen a Realized person it is a realization of all of your non-hearing person is identified.

I'm sorry. I don't understand your post. What do you mean?

Maybe this is what it's about?

Yes, it is. I wondered briefly why the author had not written "self-realized", but since no reference was given, I gave up wondering about it.
"Self-realized" is certainly more descriptive and unambiguous.
