In the following sentence:
"The production of ODV obtained by stitching and blending together multiple views is not an easy task, as there are many technical challenges to be overcome."
What is the correct version between the following two expressions? "A challenge to be overcome" or "A challenge to overcome"

I prefer many challenges to overcome.
