Which of them? I think all of them could be correct.

Tourism brings much needed money to developing countries. ......, it provides employment.
1. as well as
2. similarly
3. correspondingly

I am not a teacher.

1. is definitely wrong.

2. and 3. are grammatically correct, but I don't like them.

You might want to edit the 'ass' in the thread title.

What's wrong with as well as?

'As well as' means 'in addition to'.

Not a teacher.

What about furthermore?

How about moreover?

I like 'furthermore' and 'moreover'.

None of the given alternatives is natural, and they should all begin with a capital letter as they follow a full stop (period).

The presence of the comma precludes the use of 'as well as'.

Tourism brings much needed money as well as many employments to developing countries.

Is it correct?

No. 'Employment' is uncountable.

That is a different use. This is an unusual use of "employment" as a plural to emphasize that the individual may have pensions from more than one previous job.

SIGH...if only I'd added '...in this context' in post 11.:-(

Assuming 'brings jobs' is correct, why is 'brings employments' incorrect in this context?
