The pretty young girl in front of you at whom everybody is looking is the writer's daughter.

With at corrected, your sentence is grammatically correct. But it does not sound very natural. Whom is little used nowadays. More natural would be:

The pretty young girl in front of you who everybody is looking at is the writer's daughter.
