Correct use of do and does

Which would be correct in the following sentence:

Does either one of you recognize the name Peter Blake.

or

Do either one of you recognize the name Peter Blake.

I would write it this way:
Does anyone of you recognize the name Peter Blake?

P.S: Probably I would not even add "of you" but this is everyone's personal choice.

is correct ('one' is optional).

In your question, two people are being asked. Nightmare has changed it to mean more than two people.
