Diary - I've been reading some interesting thriller books

I've been reading some interesting thriller books but some plots are so disturbing that they make me keep thinking about them before I fall asleep. I think I need some light-hearted books to read between and collect my thought before moving on to another thriller.

Some of the stories are so disturbing that I lie awake thinking about them.

Or:

Some of the stories are so disturbing that they keep me awake at night.

Or:

Some of the stories are so disturbing that thinking about them makes it hard for me to fall asleep.

You need some light-hearted books in between the thrillers so you can settle yourself down a bit.
