It could potentially be "Did I say your guys?" He seems to be listing political parties and one of the women says that one party won't even speak to them (I don't really understand this!) so I wonder if he's saying "In that list I gave, did I mention the name of the party that won't speak to you?" I'm certainly not 100% sure of any of that, though!

@svetlana14 Since you've already read and liked my previous response, I didn't want to simply edit it. I should have written that I thought he said "Did I name your guys?" I just listened to it again and I'm now about 80% certain that's what he said.
