Hi,

What is more used firm or company, firm profile or company profile?

Thank you

Depends on the organization concerned which is preferred. I would expect to see "company" rather than "firm".

Hi lazybear,
"Company" is in much wider use than "firm".

"Firm" carries a small and elite sort of feeling. You'll always see "law firm" - never a "law company". I've heard "investment firm". The words "automotive firm" fit together, but "car firm" sounds silly.
