DCI Vera Stanhope: Seems he was a police officer.
Pathologist: Mm, fit too.
DCI Vera Stanhope: Well, I don't think that's appropriate.
Pathologist: I meant physically fit. As in he would've been hard to overpower.

The two of them are at a crime scene and discussing about the victim. I’m not sure what “fit too” means exactly. Does it mean “he was fit (to be a police office), too” or “he was fit (meaning sexually attractive), too”?

Note my improvements to the layout above. Put the source information after the quote. We don't "discuss about" anything. Just use "discuss". As the dialogue indicates, the pathologist meant that he was physically fit. However, Stanhope misunderstood and thought he/she meant "sexually attractive". That's why the pathologist corrects her in the fourth line.
