Does 'Have you walked off your pizza' mean 'Have you burnt off/used up all calories from a pizza by walking?

However, I walk off the bloated feeling by watching rubbish films from my sofa.
 
I'm going to start using that phrase when I want to tell someone I think they're crazy. Thanks!
