Hi, is the following sentence grammatically correct?

How soon after the COVID-19 vaccine booster dose becomes available to you would you get vaccinated?

Updated: This sentence is from a survey questionnaire. So it may be hypothetical situation.

I would use will rather than would.

That may change the meaning, though. I wonder if tobebetter was talking about a hypothetical/tentative situation.

I'm not sure the question is logical. Getting vaccinated generally refers to having the first two doses of the vaccine, not to getting the booster. When the booster becomes available is unlikely to have an effect on when someone chooses to get vaccinated. I wonder if you meant "How soon after the booster becomes available, will/would you get it?" ("It" refers to the booster.)
