1 - I am available at any time convenient to you.
2 - I can confirm that I will attend the interview on 20 March at 13:00.

I am free everyday and anytime.

At any time. Not a complete sentence.

It fine with me at all times. Should read "It IS", but the sentence is not tidy.

At all times. Not a complete sentence.

Any time would be Ok with me. Not polite, and OK should have 2 capital letters.

I am ok. See you 20/3 at 13:00.

_ Yes, see you there. Very informal

_ It's fine with me, see you then. Very informal.

_ Fine, I shall meet you there then.

_ Fine then, see you there. Informal.

I hope this helps!

The original poster asked for more polite versions. I would say that almost none of the above suggestions would qualify.
In addition, there are some grammatical errors in these suggestions. See my annotations.
