I will buy/am buying a new power (space required) bank to for my young brother for celebrating the Christmas.
I don't think there are second-hand power banks for sale.

Are you talking specifically about China or in general? I can assure you it's really easy to buy a second-hand one in the UK.

I will buy a powerbank to my young brother for Christmas.
 
Look at the corrections tedmc made in post #2 of this thread. You've made at least one of the errors again.
