"I wish Corona virus hadn't outbroken" or "I wish Corona virus didn't outbreak"

"I wish Corona virus hadn't outbroken" or "I wish Corona virus didn't outbreak". Which one is correct?

If we are not happy with what happened and wish it undone so do we need to use "Had done" after wish or just simple past?

Does your sentence contain a noun that might need an article?

Look up "outbreak" in a dictionary. Is it a verb?

The tense you want is the past perfect.

Have you selected a book to read? Now is a good time to start.

I'm trying to help you find the answer yourself, tufguy. We've discussed articles and nouns with you many times. Please look at the noun phrase in your sentence and review what you've been told about guessing where an article belongs and which one to use.

I'll help you with the verb. "Outbreak" is a noun that names the event that happens when an epidemic breaks out.

Now consider what I've told you and post a revised version of your sentence.

I wish Corona virus hadn't spread.

I wish the corona virus hadn't spread.
See above. Why did you change the verb? "Spread" doesn't mean the same thing as "broken out".
