If I told you that I have/had two tickets to this concert, would you come with me? Which is correct?
 
Using "have" would be more natural for me. (See below.)

Ron: I have two tickets to the Who concert. Do you want to go?
Jane: Do I ever!

But that changes what the OP asked. They wanted to start with "If I told you that ...". Would you use "I have" or "I had" there?
 
Ron: If I told you I have two have two tickets to the Who concert would you go with me?
Jane: Ha! Show me the tickets.
Ron: I can't put one over on you, can I?
