Do we have a sentence pattern like:

It is for sure that life would be very hard without electricity.

It is for sure that...=It is a sure thing that....?

I believe "assured" is a better word to use in that context. :)

It is an assured thing that life would be very hard without electricity.

Even better would be: "It's certain that life..."

If you want to use "for sure", you don't need "It is".

It's somewhat colloquial, but you can say:

For sure, life would be very hard without electricity.
Life would be very hard without electricity, for sure.

But I agree with the previous poster that "It's certain that......." would be better and more formal.
