Is it correct to say the following in that way:

It seems that I was wrong (Mistaken) when I thought that someone can help me out in regards to my question. It's a good thing that everyone help others who need to be helped.

You can use either 'wrong' or 'mistaken' here.

Is it correct to say the following in [STRIKE]that[/STRIKE] this way:

It seems that I was wrong (mistaken) [STRIKE]when I thought[/STRIKE] to think that someone [STRIKE]can[/STRIKE] could help me out [STRIKE]in regards to[/STRIKE] with my question. It's a good thing that [STRIKE]everyone[/STRIKE] other people help others who need to be helped.

See above. I changed "everyone" to "other people" because I couldn't reconcile your statement that you were wrong to think that someone would help you with your second statement that everyone helps. If everyone helps, then you wouldn't have been mistaken.

I agree with SlickVic that it would be better to use just one rather than both wrong and mistaken.
