Which one is the correct way to start a sentence ?

It depends on the rest of the sentence. Write the sentence(s) in which you want to use them.

(me and my friends/my friends and I ) are super ecstatic about something .
(me and my friends/my friends and I ) were in a party .
(me and my friends/my friends and I ) are going to a party .
can you say when you use one or the other too ? thank you

Suppose you had no friends. Would you say "me am going to a party?"

I heard in a movie one said "me and my friends have our doubts" .

Many people in movies and in real life say such things. But they are incorrect.

If the word is to be used as a subject of a sentence, you should use "I." If it is an object, use "me."
