The given answer to this test question below is A. But I would think all four are fine without context, and another possibility is nothing is needed for the blank. Could you please tell me if I am right.

I could accept them all or [nothing].

I don't like the sentence with "nothing". We can agree upon/with/about/to measures, but I don't think we can agree measures.
