When I write a letter or greeting card to my boss Mr. XX and my colleagues, please teach me the correct one of the following writings :
1, Dear Mr.XX and my friends,
2, Dear Mr.XX and all of my friends,
3, Dear Mr.XX and all my friends,
4, Dear Mr.XX and friends,
5, Dear Mr.XX and all friends,

Thank you very much for your time and help.

Yu

To me, all of them are fine except number 5.

[STRIKE]When[/STRIKE] I am writing [STRIKE]write[/STRIKE] a letter or greeting card to my boss Mr. XX and my colleagues, so please [STRIKE]teach[/STRIKE] tell me [STRIKE]the[/STRIKE] which [STRIKE]correct[/STRIKE] one of the following [STRIKE]writings[/STRIKE] is correct.
I am not a teacher, so please tell me whether the above corrections are correct.

The problem with #4 is it sounds like Mr. XX and his friends. I would go with #1.

Why not say 'Dear Mr.XX and my colleagues'?

That would work.

You could use "Dear Mr X et al". I use it on Christmas cards to friends (well, acquaintances) who are married with kids but I don't know the name of the spouse or the kids. "Et al" means "and others".
