I have read a notice at a gym club, and I suspected that there is a number of mistakes on it. Can some please correct them if any?:-D

Recently, we found some of the lock have been blocked by tissue paper, we already report the case to the police department. To prevent the theft of personal belongings, be sure the locker is properly locked after closing it. The signal light will change to red once it is locked. If you found any locker cannot lock properly, please contact our receptionist.
