In upper figure, indicates that the reasons for career and interest have different results among students by age. Finding out under 26, the reason for career is just under 80% and ratio compare reason for interest is almost eight time. At the side of index, shows that over age of 49 being a student as for interest accounting for 70%. There is a strange phenomenon in age between 40 and 49 getting equal value as 40%. After age is getting old, the reason for career in proportion is gradually decline. Besides, that reason for interest is totally reverse.
Moving on to under graph, shows employer support to Time off and Help with fees for students. The statistics culminate in age of under 26 accounting for 60%. Therefore, the lower percent shows up at age of 30s making up 30%
