Is the following correct?

Reading books is one of my favourite pastimes. I particularly enjoy lying on my bed reading one of my favourite books. This helps take my mind off any worries or concerns. It also helps feel relaxed.

Actually, you can leave "my" in, but it's more natural to say "lying in bed".

For the final sentence, "It also helps me relax" is more natural.

Thank you for your help.

Is following correct as well? I can't understand the differences between the following and the OP.
Reading books is one of my favourite pastimes. I particularly enjoy lying in bed and reading one of my favourite books.

If you say "I enjoy lying in bed and reading a book", it would not be possible for the listener/reader to tell whether you enjoy doing those two things independently or at the same time.
"I enjoy lying in bed reading a book" makes it clear that what you enjoy is reading a book while you are lying in bed.
