Sentence correction: ever-ending exam postpones

Please review this sentences.

"Throughout this pandemic and never-ending exam postpones, I was working on developing a small workshop for the locals."

I wan to be a bit sarcastic about the governments decision on postponing the exams little by little instead of cancelling it. So is writing 'never-ending exam postpones' correct?
