Please review this sentences.

"Throughout this pandemic and never-ending exam postpones, I was working on developing a small workshop for the locals."

I wan to be a bit sarcastic about the governments decision on postponing the exams little by little instead of cancelling it. So is writing 'never-ending exam postpones' correct?

It's fine with me. Also good:

- constant
- ceaseless

Your comment is pointed, direct, and mildly caustic and undiplomatic, but it isn't sarcastic. You might look up sarcastic again.

I don't like "exam postpones" at all. I'd accept "exam postponements".

"postpone" is a verb. In the above, it is incorrectly used. You need the noun "postponements".

If you're still engaged in the work, you should use the present perfect continuous.
