Which is correct:

What I can offer you is beauty, intelligence, and honesty.

or

What I can offer are beauty, intelligence, and honesty.
 
Do all three come as a package? If so, then "is" makes perfect sense.

Does the person have to choose only one from those three choices? Then "are" makes sense. (Your choices are...)

Simpler: I can offer you x, y, and z.
 
Is, not are

What I can offer you is xx, xx, and xx
not What I can offer you are xx, xx, and

The verb agrees with the "what" and not with the plural list of virtues that follow!
