A friend of mine is an influencer. He has around 300,000 followers on Douyin (Chinese version of TikTok). He is famous for his imitating of Donald Trump. I invited to my English club the other day and he accepted, he came last night. When he came, I asked him to show us how he imitates DT like he does in his videos. I said "So, Frank, show us your imtation!" I think this sounds a bit abrupt, the audience members also knew him from those videos. What can I say instead to sound natural?

Show us how you imitate/mimic Donald Trump.

If the people involved already know he does impersonations, you could even say simply "Show us your Donald Trump!"
If the people don't know he does impersonations and I want the people to know that, can I say "Hey, Frank, how about imtating DT for us?"

I'd use "impersonating" but "imitating" isn't completely wrong. You'd have to be sure that everyone knew who "DT" is.

(Please) do your (Donald) Trump (routine) for us.

Unless 'DT' is in extremely common usage in China, I would avoid using it. Trump has many nicknames, but I've never heard "DT" used as one of them in western media.
