I've been reading books about urology in Chinese and sometimes I even talk about this with some of my medical friends in English. My request is, is my rewrite of the italic sentence grammatical and natural:
The prostate sits deep in the male pelvis and below the bladder. Only men have prostates.
So the prostate sits deep in the male pelvis—only men [meaning people assigned male at birth] have prostates—and it sits below the bladder.
