I talked with a foreigner the other day and he asked me the question “Do you enjoy following the traditional customs?” He told me he was asked this question since he came to my city. My answer was like “Sure, celebrating the Chinese New year reminds us what this country has been through throughout the history. Appreciating the beauty of the moon during the Mid-Autumn Day is a healthy way to getting close to the nature, which is good for our health

Is my sentence natural?

See above.

I don't like the habit of saying "Sure" to mean "Yes" in certain contexts. It works in something trivial like:
"Shall we go to the cinema?"
"Sure."
In this context, I'd open with "Yes" or "I really do", and then start a new sentence with "Celebrating".
