Talking to a colleague about an order invoice. I say:

That order has two hats so please pack and ship out two hats immediately.

VS

We have one order with two hats purchased, please ship out the package soon.

I underlined the part that is confusing to me. Is it worded properly?

"That/This order is for two hats..."

What about the second sentence? One order with two hats...

"Please pack and ship them immediately."
