Do these examples describe the same use of present continuous?
"I am reading an interesting book at the moment. I'll lend it to you when I've finished reading it." The action is not necessarily happening at the time of speaking.
Use the continuous for a temporary situation: "I am living with some friends until I find a flat."
They are from "English Grammar in Use" by Raymond Murphy.
If the first one describes an action happening at or around the time of speaking, the second situation describes a temporary action. They are perhaps similar, but not the same, are they?
