The songs I only came to know last year.

Suppose there are many old songs that only last year I heard for the first time. Is it right to say "That song" was one of songs I only came to know last year? This question refers to the use of the verb to come and to the position of the word only.

I don't think "come/came to know" collocates well with songs. We simply say that we heard a song for the first time sometime in the past.

I wouldn't be likely to say I'd come to know anything. I might have discovered it or learned about it, or encountered it for the first time.
