Can I use a word though as follows:

1) He parked his car on a steep hill though breaks are broken.

2) He went on the hill for peering birds though he can't identify any.

3) Cars are allowed to entry to this area though signs indicate otherwise.

Yes, but I'd say "even though" instead of "though" in those sentences.

I like Barb's reply though I wouldn't say "his brakes are broken". I would say "even though his brakes don't work" or "even though his handbrake doesn't work". If you park on a steep hill, it doesn't matter if your footbrake is working - if your handbrake isn't then you've picked a very silly place to park.
