I have just read a book titled / entitled "How to Live with Life".

Can either word be used?

Thanks.

You will hear both, but if you are talking about the title of a book, then "titled" is the correct word. "Entitled" means that you have the right to something.

The book is titled "How to Live with Life".
I work in a bookshop and I am entitled to one free book every month. This month, I chose "How to Live with Life".

I would probably use "entitled" in this case.
