[Vocabulary] "to me" or "for me" or "in my opinion"?

1.Does the phrase "for me" have the same meaning with the phrase "in my opinion" or the same meaning with the phrase "to me" when they stand at the beginning of a sentence and before a pronounce?
Ex:
For me, this lesson is quite difficult.
In my opinion, this lesson is quite difficult.
To me, this lesson is quite difficult.

If not, could you please tell me the difference between them?

Yes, they are the same, though "for me" is far less common than the others.

Thank you for replying, konungursvia ^^ but I saw a post of a forum, they said that "to me" was used when something came from our opinions, it was maybe a guess (Ex: To me, the lesson was quite difficult and I haven't started carrying it out) and "for me" was used when there were objective factors that influenced on us (Ex: For me, the lesson was quite difficult because I have done it and really experienced some difficulties).
I wonder if this is correct or not?

I think the author means " lesson" . The word " task" would go there better...
