Please explain to me the meaning of to suspend an outlook in the sentence belowe. "Medical and biotechnology companies were among the worst performers in the S&P 500, falling after medical-research equipment maker Illumina indicated that third-quarter revenue would be well below expectations, and suspended its full-year outlook. Shares tumbled 30%."

An "outlook" would be a company's projection for its business numbers (revenue, etc.) for the future. If they have suspended it, that means that they are saying that events have made their former projections worthless.
