I'll assume you're asking about the meaning categories:

"Essentially" can mean approximation as in "Your answer is essentially correct".
"Mainly" and "primarily" are focusing modifiers as in "She was mainly/primarily concerned with her appearance".
"Largely" is a degree modifier as in "My complaints to the management were largely ignored".
"Commonly" is an adverb of frequency as in "Viruses like this are commonly encountered in poor countries".

As with many adverbs, there can be some overlap of meaning, but I think those examples will give you a rough idea of what they do.

They seem to be adverbs for focusing in some way.
I'm not too sure about commonly, though. It can mean the same as often, which refers to frequency.

I mean the types of adverbs that can make us to be able to identify whether the adverb explains about how you do( the manner how to do something), or explains about what degree it has or explains something else to make the words they modified more easy to understand.
